Arrange an inspection trip:-
Prospective Buyers for Holiday Homes or Permanent Residences should allocate a period when they can visit the country, we are happy to assist with the travel arrangements. The cost of an inspection trip is from £149.00 (depending on destination) anything over will be fully refunded if the visit leads to a reservation of a property.
Investors usually make their selection from plans and drawings which we provide after ascertaining exactly what their precise requirements are and checking the availability. However, if they still wish to visit the development this too can be arranged.
If a client has already arranged a holiday to the resort we can make an appointment for them to visit the development, this MUST be confirmed before they depart for their holiday due to possible difficulties in contacting them once their holiday has commenced.
View the development:-
Our representatives will make an appointment to meet you at the resort and escort you to the selected developments and around the resort. They are extremely professional and friendly and do not put any pressure on you, they will act as your guide and are happy to assist in anyway they can.
Reserve a Property:-
Once you have made a decision on which property you wish to buy, you will be taken through the reservation procedure and if you choose to purchase more than one property on a new development, we will negotiate a discount with the developer on your behalf. In most cases the reservation fee will be £1,000 - £2,000 and this will then remove the property from the open market and the finer details such as “furniture packages” and any stage payments if available will be explained to you.
